The assessment of this award was conducted through data collection method (desk research, media monitoring, questionnaires and observations), financial performance evaluation (Financial Statement Q3 2018 and Q3 2019), part 1 assessment criteria (net premium growth, comprehensive profit (loss) growth, yield growth investment, solvency ratio, and liquidity ratio), and part 2 assessment criteria (expense to premium ratio, expense to net premium ratio, profit growth, and ebitda (earning before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization).
