As part of the Gunung Sewu Group LEAD Program, the chosen few will go through an intensive two-month boot camp that will equip them with skills on business strategy, continuous improvement, financial acumen, and leadership competencies. This will be followed by rotating six-month job assignments across our businesses – food production, insurance, property and consumer goods – and the application of agile and business process redesign methodologies to create value. They will be coached by experienced practitioners to draw their potential as future business leaders.
