Sequis Life received Market Leaders 2021 award in Life Insurance category on August 31, 2021 based on the gross premiums achieved in published financial statement as of December 2020.
According to Indonesia Life Insurance Association (AAJI), total premium income of life insurance industry in 2020 was Rp187.59 trillion, decreased by 6.1 percent from Rp196.69 in 2019. However, in this condition, several large insurance companies recorded different performances. Apart from that, some life insurance companies are market leaders, as indicated by their higher financial performance compared to other life insurance companies. This award encourages Sequis to continue to innovate to achieve even better performance.
