Adhering to premium International Building Standards, Sequis Tower is continuing our contribution to the environment by achieving a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum rating from U.S. Green Building Council.
In our journey to be the next generation of International Grade-A office buildings in Indonesia, Sequis Tower has brought together some of the world’s most respected consultants in architecture, engineering, landscape design, technology, and also security such as: Kohn Pederson and Fox, Thornton Tomasetti, Beca, SWA Group, and Kroll. We also engaged Turner International as the Construction Management consultant to ensure the tower was built to an international standard quality.
As a continuation to our journey, there has also been an initiative made by Sequis Tower together with the neighboring buildings to provide inter-site connectivity between the nine neighboring buildings and to MRT to promote walkability for pedestrian.
As our new home, Sequis Tower has been equipped with all the best things that is not only to guarantee the longevity of the building itself, but also to give comfort to the tenants and the employees.
Sustainability is not only about the trend but it is a transformation – a change behavior, and as the householder, we should be able to support and be proud of Sequis Tower – our home.
